Join R1 RCM as a Part Time Patient Customer Service Representative in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for patients, delivering outstanding service while supporting the organization's mission of improving revenue cycle management in healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities include answering incoming patient calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries regarding billing statements, insurance coverage, and payment options, and resolving concerns related to medical billing and account balances.
