In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales of our comprehensive suite of enterprise software products, including investment management, trading, and operations platforms, to large-scale financial institutions, asset managers, and corporations. As a key contributor to our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and fostering long-term client partnerships in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities You will prospect and qualify enterprise-level leads, conducting in-depth needs assessments to tailor SS&C's innovative solutions to client challenges. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our platforms in streamlining operations, enhancing compliance, and driving profitability. Negotiate complex contracts, manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain meticulous CRM records, analyze sales pipelines, and provide market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies. Travel as needed to client sites, industry events, and conferences to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required, complemented by at least 7-10 years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or fintech sectors. Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota in selling complex, high-value solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment operations, and regulatory environments is essential. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, along with strong analytical abilities for forecasting and pipeline management. Strategic thinker with resilience in handling objections, negotiation prowess, and a hunter mentality for new business development.
