Key Responsibilities You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic testing related to men's health concerns. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications such as testosterone therapies, peptides, and ED solutions while monitoring patient progress and adjusting protocols as needed. Perform specialized procedures like hormone injections, phlebotomy, and minor in-office treatments. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, wellness strategies, and treatment adherence to maximize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards. Contribute to clinic growth by participating in marketing initiatives and building strong patient relationships for repeat visits and referrals. Required Qualifications Active Iowa licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required, along with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, urology, endocrinology, or men's health. DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Iowa. BLS certification. Experience with EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks or similar is preferred. Skills Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with expertise in men's hormonal health. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and compliance. Proficiency in phlebotomy, injections, and minor procedures. Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills for managing a busy schedule. Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for low testosterone, ED, and sexual dysfunction.
