Job Overview: Aisle & Abroad is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support clients with travel bookings and reservations. This remote full-time position allows you to assist travelers from the comfort of your home in Texas while helping them create memorable journeys. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their booking experience, ensuring smooth and stress-free travel planning. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel options, pricing, availability, and booking procedures. Research and compare flight, hotel, and activity options to recommend personalized travel solutions. Process reservations, manage changes, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining accurate records in the booking system. Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to resolve issues and confirm arrangements. Provide post-booking support by sending confirmations, travel itineraries, and answering last-minute questions. Stay updated on travel regulations, destinations, and industry trends to offer informed guidance. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or travel industry experience preferred. Strong computer literacy with ability to navigate booking platforms and CRM systems efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
