Job Overview
Mind Friend is seeking a dedicated Part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Pennsylvania, supporting our mission to provide innovative mental health and wellness solutions through compassionate customer interactions. As a CSR, you will be the friendly voice of our company, helping users navigate services, resolve issues, and feel supported in their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, delivering accurate and empathetic solutions. Troubleshoot common issues, escalate complex cases to appropriate teams, and maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system. Actively listen to customer needs, identify opportunities for service improvement, and contribute feedback to enhance user experience. Ensure all communications align with company policies, privacy standards, and our commitment to mental health sensitivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service gaps and participate in regular training to stay updated on products and best practices. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, psychology, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a remote or call center environment. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to commit to part-time hours (20-25 per week).
