The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with product information, account management, billing questions, and service requests while maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our customer relationship management system. The role requires you to troubleshoot basic issues, escalate complex matters appropriately, and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.
