This full-time role combines customer service excellence with live entertainment, offering competitive compensation of $17.25 per hour plus tips. As an On-Camera Entertainer, you will represent the company through live video interactions, creating memorable experiences for customers while maintaining professional standards and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities include performing live on-camera entertainment sessions that engage customers in real-time, delivering exceptional customer service through digital platforms, maintaining high energy levels and positive interactions throughout each session, following established scripts and entertainment protocols while adapting to customer preferences, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally, and collaborating with team members to optimize entertainment quality and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service or entertainment experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, comfort performing in front of a camera, and basic computer literacy. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks. Essential Skills for this position include excellent verbal communication, quick thinking and adaptability, positive attitude and enthusiasm, basic technical proficiency with video platforms, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
