Job Overview: Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in California. Key Responsibilities: You will answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries about products, services, billing, and technical support. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, upsell services when appropriate, and achieve performance metrics such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings. Required Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment is essential, with proven ability to handle high-volume calls. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory, along with familiarity with customer service software and basic computer proficiency. Skills: Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to de-escalate tense situations. Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial. Technical aptitude for navigating CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus for serving diverse California customers.
