Circle K is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing friendly and efficient service while ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will handle a variety of tasks including processing transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail setting where every day brings new interactions and challenges.
As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, your key responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs, operating cash registers and handling various forms of payment accurately, restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels, preparing food and beverage items according to company standards, and ensuring the store remains clean and presentable at all times. You will also be responsible for following all safety and sanitation guidelines, handling customer complaints professionally, and supporting your team members during busy periods.
