Job Overview Platinum Supplemental Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Osborne, KS. This full-time role offers uncapped bonus potential, allowing high performers to maximize their earnings by selling valuable supplemental insurance products to individuals and families. As a key player in our sales force, you'll work in the field, leveraging your skills to protect clients' financial futures while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of commission-based income. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and community events to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Conduct consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, such as accident, cancer, and life policies. Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients understand policy benefits. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and renewals using our CRM system. Build long-term relationships with policyholders to drive referrals and repeat business. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on products, compliance, and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to unlock performance bonuses and recognition. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field travel within Osborne, KS and surrounding areas. Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, or retail; new graduates with strong drive welcome. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
