In this critical role, you will shape our pricing strategy, packaging models, and monetization approaches to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness for our cloud-based SaaS platform used by legal professionals worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine pricing models, including subscription tiers, usage-based pricing, and promotional offers tailored to enterprise clients in the legal tech space. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform packaging decisions and ensure optimal value perception. Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and finance teams to launch new pricing structures, create compelling sales enablement materials, and track performance metrics like win rates, churn, and ARR growth. Analyze pricing elasticity, discount effectiveness, and revenue attribution using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to recommend data-driven optimizations. Craft messaging and collateral that clearly communicates product value through pricing and packaging, supporting global marketing campaigns and sales motions. Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS pricing, monitor competitor moves, and contribute to long-term roadmap planning for pricing innovation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or revenue operations within SaaS or tech environments, with proven success in pricing and packaging transformations. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to influence business outcomes. Familiarity with legal tech, e-discovery, or enterprise software markets is highly desirable. Skills Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex pricing models into customer-friendly narratives. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics, and financial modeling in Excel. Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC) and pricing methodologies like value-based, cost-plus, and freemium models. Project management expertise to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution. Strategic thinker with a customer-obsessed approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
