Full Description
MillerKnoll is seeking a dedicated Channel Sales Executive to lead business development initiatives across the Kansas territory. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with authorized dealers, design firms, and end-user clients, promoting MillerKnoll's portfolio of innovative office, healthcare, and residential furniture solutions. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing territory sales plans that align with corporate objectives, cultivating long-term partnerships with dealers and specifiers, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and tracking market trends to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver coordinated solutions that meet client needs. Regular travel within Kansas is required to meet with prospects and existing accounts, attend industry events, and support dealer showrooms.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with three or more years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the contract furniture or commercial interiors industry. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess strong relationship-building capabilities.
Essential Skills include excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and the capacity to analyze sales data to drive performance. Familiarity with architectural and design communities is highly valued.
