Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets, conducting coaching sessions, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences from lead generation to contract closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches, while accurately forecasting revenue and reporting on key metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce. Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing and new clients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in professional services, IT consulting, or SaaS environments, with at least 5 years in a director-level role. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the US Midwest region, with experience managing teams of 5+ members. Deep understanding of the Kansas and surrounding Midwest markets, including key industries and regulatory landscapes. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Advanced proficiency in consultative selling, strategic account management, and pipeline development. Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing at executive levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for forecasting and decision-making. High energy, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, contract-based environments.
