Job Overview Entrata is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales to lead enterprise sales efforts across the Central United States region. This senior-level individual contributor role focuses on expanding market presence and driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives within the multifamily property technology sector. The position combines high-level account management with new business development, targeting large-scale property management organizations and real estate investment trusts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across multiple states in the Central region. Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at enterprise-level multifamily property management companies. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and demonstrate deep product knowledge of Entrata's comprehensive property management platform. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize account retention. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Represent Entrata at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events throughout the region. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of eight years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing complex, long-cycle enterprise deals. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders in the real estate or property management industry. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with strong negotiation and closing skills. Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies. Strategic thinking capabilities with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Central United States region.
