Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video consultations to diagnose mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy, and adjusting dosages as needed. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing patient follow-up care. Required Qualifications Active PMHNP licensure in Utah with a valid DEA number and prescriptive authority. Board certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychiatric mental health, preferably in telehealth or outpatient settings. Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP). Current CPR certification and adherence to all state-specific telehealth regulations. Skills Exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic skills with a patient-centered approach. Strong communication and empathy to build rapport in virtual settings. Proficiency in telehealth platforms, EHR systems like Epic or Cerner, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage a full caseload of 12-16 patients per day while maintaining work-life balance.
