Talentoma is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. Working remotely from anywhere in Florida, you will handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer questions and concerns across multiple communication channels, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting interactions accurately in our CRM system, escalating complex cases when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall service quality. You will also follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback that helps enhance our support processes.
