CLEAResult is seeking a motivated Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outbound calling and digital outreach. You will present tailored energy efficiency and sustainability solutions that help businesses reduce costs and achieve their environmental goals. Working independently from a remote location, you will manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct needs assessments, and close sales that align with CLEAResult's mission of delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities You will initiate contact with prospective clients using phone, email, and other outreach channels to generate interest in CLEAResult's energy programs. You will conduct thorough research on target industries and decision-makers to customize your sales approach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle will be essential as you guide them from initial contact to signed agreements. You will maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes will support team and company objectives. Required Qualifications Candidates must have at least two years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is required. Strong communication and active listening skills are essential for understanding client needs and presenting compelling solutions. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools is necessary. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive presentation abilities, time management, pipeline management, and relationship building are critical.
