NativeSeed Group is actively looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Agronomist to join our team in Osborne, Kansas. This role combines technical agronomic knowledge with inside sales expertise to support customer growth and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with agricultural clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate seed and agronomic solutions to optimize their operations. Key Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, providing expert recommendations on seed selection and crop management, tracking sales performance metrics, and collaborating with the field team to ensure seamless customer experiences. The Inside Sales Agronomist will also participate in product training sessions, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver informed guidance to clients. Required Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, plant science, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales or customer service within the agriculture sector. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of crop production practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is required. Skills needed for success in this role include technical knowledge of seeds and crop inputs, consultative sales abilities, relationship building, time management, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple customer interactions throughout the day.
