Key Responsibilities
You will supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to enhance team capabilities. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and expertise, ensuring swift resolutions while maintaining brand standards. Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, including 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven track record in managing remote or distributed teams is essential. Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk is required.
