Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, data analytics, or marketing technology sectors, with at least 5 years directing brand or advertising sales teams. Proven track record of surpassing multimillion-dollar sales quotas in B2B environments. Deep understanding of brand management, consumer insights, and digital marketing ecosystems. Advanced proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, along with sales analytics platforms like Tableau or Gong. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at presenting to executive audiences and closing large enterprise deals. Strong leadership qualities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and talent development. Analytical mindset for dissecting market data and forecasting trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
