This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for residents within managed communities, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of resident inquiries, process service requests, and coordinate with vendors and management to resolve issues promptly. You will maintain accurate records, manage communications through various channels, and foster positive relationships with community members by providing timely and helpful assistance. Your role will be essential in maintaining high satisfaction levels and supporting the smooth operation of the properties we manage. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents in person and by phone, processing maintenance requests, preparing correspondence, maintaining organized files, and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members. You will also support administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and reporting as needed to ensure efficient daily operations. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferably in property management or community services, and strong communication skills both verbal and written.
