Key Responsibilities
You will prospect and qualify leads from institutional clients such as pension funds, endowments, and investment firms, conducting needs assessments to tailor solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, presentations, and customized proposals to close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and compliance to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction. Track sales performance using CRM tools, analyze market trends, and provide insights to refine strategies. Participate in industry events, networking to expand NOVIAC's footprint while meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required, with at least 2-3 years of experience in institutional sales, financial services, or B2B sales environments. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and familiarity with financial products like mutual funds, ETFs, or alternative investments. Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain them. Strong understanding of institutional investment processes and regulatory requirements.
Skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, paired with advanced relationship-building abilities to influence decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, along with analytical skills for market research and pipeline management. Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection, strategic thinking for opportunity identification, and organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools is a plus.
