Job Overview
Salud Family Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests, imaging studies, and referrals as clinically indicated. Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado. National certification from an accredited certifying body appropriate to the specialty area. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and current healthcare regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
