Job Overview: Relativity, a leading provider of legal technology solutions, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager - Pricing and Packaging to join our dynamic marketing team in Nebraska. In this critical role, you will develop and optimize pricing models, packaging strategies, and promotional frameworks that maximize revenue, enhance customer value, and support sales enablement for our innovative eDiscovery and legal tech platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of pricing and packaging strategies, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and value-based pricing models. Collaborate with product management, sales, and finance teams to design flexible packaging options that align with customer segments and business objectives. Create compelling marketing collateral, sales playbooks, and customer-facing materials to communicate pricing value propositions effectively. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on pricing experiments to refine strategies and drive adoption. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to recommend adjustments that optimize revenue and retention. Partner with global sales teams to train them on pricing narratives and objection handling, ensuring consistent messaging across channels. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years focused on pricing, packaging, or revenue operations in SaaS or tech environments. Proven track record of launching successful pricing strategies that increased ARR or market share. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, SQL, or pricing software (e.g., Pricefx, Vendavo). Skills: Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex pricing data into persuasive narratives. Proficiency in market research, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced settings. Data-driven decision-making with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with legal tech, SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, churn), and A/B testing methodologies. Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
