This full-time role focuses on selling crop protection products, including insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides, to farmers, agronomists, and distributors. You will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize yields and profitability through FMC's innovative solutions, contributing to sustainable agriculture in a territory spanning key farming regions of Northern Kansas. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth by prospecting new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts in Northern Kansas. Conduct field demonstrations, provide technical support, and deliver product training to showcase the effectiveness of FMC's portfolio. Develop and execute territory business plans, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical services, to ensure seamless customer support. Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and report on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in agriculture or crop protection. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Northern Kansas, including overnight stays. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in a territory-based role. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. Technical knowledge of agronomy, pest management, and crop production practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce. Analytical mindset for territory planning and data-driven sales strategies.
