Key Responsibilities As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with procedures under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will perform routine assessments, dress wounds, collect samples for laboratory testing, and educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care. Documenting patient information accurately in electronic health records, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery are essential daily tasks.
