As an In-Home Flooring Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home visits to assess customer flooring needs, presenting a wide range of flooring products including hardwood, carpet, tile, and luxury vinyl, and guiding customers through the selection process. You will measure spaces accurately, prepare detailed project estimates, and close sales while building lasting relationships with clients. The role involves managing your own schedule, traveling throughout the Hastings area, and maintaining strong follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction from consultation through installation. Successful candidates will possess previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or retail environments, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this field-based position.
