Full Description

As an Inside & Digital Sales Representative for Diagnostics at Zoetis, you will be responsible for generating revenue and expanding market share by promoting and selling diagnostic solutions to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and animal health providers throughout Illinois. This role combines strategic inside sales tactics with digital engagement to connect with customers via phone, email, video conferencing, and other online platforms, ensuring they receive the highest quality diagnostic tools and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts, conducting product demonstrations and virtual training sessions, meeting monthly sales quotas, and providing timely follow-up on customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with field sales teams and marketing to coordinate campaigns, track customer interactions in the CRM system, and analyze sales data to refine outreach strategies. Required Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, along with proven experience in inside or digital sales, preferably within the animal health, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. A valid driver’s license may be required for occasional travel. Essential Skills for success include consultative selling techniques, digital communication proficiency, time management, relationship building, and data-driven decision making. Experience with veterinary diagnostics or laboratory testing solutions is highly desirable.
