Full Description
Victra is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in McCook, Nebraska. In this customer-facing retail role, you will engage with guests, understand their communication needs, and present the latest wireless devices and service plans that best fit their lifestyle. By building rapport and demonstrating product expertise, you will consistently meet individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, conducting needs assessments, presenting device features and plan options, completing sales transactions, and meeting monthly sales quotas. You will maintain an organized and inviting store environment, manage inventory, process returns, and collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals. Staying current on promotions, new product releases, and industry trends is essential to providing accurate recommendations.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven retail or sales experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and comfort with technology. Prior wireless industry experience is helpful but not required.
Essential Skills include consultative selling techniques, active listening, relationship building, time management, and proficiency with point-of-sale systems. You will also need resilience in handling objections and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
