In this vital role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and written inquiries while providing outstanding service that reflects our commitment to accessible, high-quality care. The position involves answering member questions about benefits, eligibility, claims status, and plan details while ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity. You will document all communications in our system, escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and consistently meet performance metrics related to response time and member satisfaction. Additional duties include educating members about available resources, guiding them through enrollment processes, and assisting with appointment scheduling or care coordination needs. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of customer service experience preferably in healthcare or insurance. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to navigate multiple databases simultaneously are essential. Candidates should demonstrate patience, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure while managing sensitive health-related inquiries.
