As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the store's operational success. In this role, you will greet customers, determine their automotive needs, and recommend appropriate parts and products. You will process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, manage inventory by receiving shipments and stocking shelves, and maintain organized displays to enhance the shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, processing special orders, handling returns and exchanges according to company policy, and collaborating with team members to meet daily sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous retail or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive parts or the automotive industry are preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts including weekends.
