Update patient records in our electronic systems, schedule appointments, and follow up on feedback to improve service quality. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred. At least one year of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or a call center setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Must pass a background check and drug screening, with strong adherence to healthcare regulations. Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, paired with active listening and empathy to handle sensitive situations. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-first mindset. Technical proficiency in CRM software, telephony systems, and data entry.
