Arnold Motor Supply LLP is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Professional to serve as an Automotive Parts and Solutions Expert in McCook, Nebraska. In this full-time field-based role, you will represent a trusted leader in the automotive supply industry by engaging directly with repair shops, dealerships, fleet operators, and independent businesses. Your primary focus will be identifying customer needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships that drive mutual success. Key responsibilities include traveling throughout the assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing expert guidance on automotive parts, tools, and equipment. You will manage your own schedule, follow up on leads generated through company marketing efforts, and work closely with the internal support team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate records of sales activities, monitoring competitor activity, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base within the McCook region. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous outside sales experience in the automotive or related industry strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates demonstrate proven negotiation abilities, a customer-first mindset, and comfort using CRM tools and mobile technology.
