Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and marketers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimize website performance, including load times, SEO, and accessibility to improve user engagement. Integrate third-party APIs and services for features like payment processing, inventory management, and personalized recommendations. Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and implement security best practices to protect user data. Stay updated with emerging web trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem. Participate in agile sprints, deploy updates via CI/CD pipelines, and monitor application health using analytics tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular. Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, and databases like MySQL or MongoDB. Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku. Skills Expertise in front-end development with a keen eye for UI/UX design principles. Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or custom solutions. Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress for unit and end-to-end testing. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
