As a vital member of our support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat platforms. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, providing accurate information, and implementing appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our customer relationship management system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution. Process customer requests, orders, and account updates while adhering to company policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and service protocols. Contribute to team performance goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and meeting established service metrics.
