Key Responsibilities
You will respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate information and solutions. Troubleshooting common issues, processing orders or returns, and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams will be central to your daily tasks. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, achieving performance metrics such as response times and satisfaction scores, and collaborating with sales and support teams to enhance the customer experience are essential. Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is necessary, along with familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk. Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting is crucial.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, complemented by exceptional active listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and comfort with customer service tools. You should demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience under pressure, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team. Basic knowledge of office equipment and typing speed of at least 40 WPM is advantageous.
