Mind Friend is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our users seeking mental health support, delivering compassionate and efficient service to enhance their experience with our innovative wellness platform. Working remotely from anywhere, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive relationships and promoting our commitment to accessible mental health resources.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including email, live chat, phone, and social media, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism. Troubleshoot issues related to our app and services, escalating complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining clear communication. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to track resolutions and identify trends for service improvement. Collaborate with product and support teams to provide feedback on user experiences, contributing to enhancements in our mental health tools. Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction scores by proactively following up on open issues and personalizing support based on individual needs. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mental health best practices and company policies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, psychology, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or tech-enabled environment. Proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, especially those involving mental health topics. Strong technical proficiency with customer support tools, CRM software, and remote collaboration platforms like Zendesk, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information simply and compassionately.
