Key Responsibilities
You will manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders efficiently. Responsibilities include actively listening to customer needs, documenting interactions in our CRM system, and escalating complex cases to specialized teams. You will upsell products or services when appropriate, follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution, and maintain accurate records of all communications. Additionally, you will adhere to call handling scripts, meet performance metrics such as average handle time and first-call resolution, and participate in quality assurance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally within the IT or tech sector, is essential. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software like Salesforce or Zendesk, is necessary. Availability for full-time hours, including potential evenings, weekends, or shifts, is required.
