Key Responsibilities: You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services. Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly while escalating complex matters to appropriate departments is essential. Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, updating customer records in CRM systems, and collaborating with sales, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
