Additionally, you will process applications accurately, manage policy renewals, and handle client inquiries and claims support with professionalism. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous sales or customer service experience preferred. A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required.
