TriHealth is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining TriHealth’s reputation for excellence by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating smooth communication across departments. Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner, providing accurate information about services, policies, and procedures, and guiding callers through appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general inquiries. You will also document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, and follow up to ensure complete resolution. Additional duties involve maintaining confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, collaborating with internal departments to streamline service delivery, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with TriHealth’s offerings and industry best practices. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience in a healthcare or call center environment strongly preferred.
