Amerit Consulting is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote contract capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at delivering outstanding customer experiences while effectively communicating in multiple languages. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction through professional and efficient service. Working from any location in Arizona, you will play an essential part in maintaining our commitment to quality and responsiveness in customer interactions.
In this position, your key responsibilities will include answering customer calls and messages promptly, providing accurate information about products and services, and troubleshooting issues with patience and clarity.
