The Penso Agency is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position focuses on managing inbound leads, providing top-tier customer service, and driving sales conversions without any cold calling. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is professional and solution-oriented. Required Qualifications
