Job Overview: CGH Group is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This position plays a vital role in expanding our customer base, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The Sales Representative will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales opportunities that align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of CGH Group offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or field sales environments. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within the Grand Island region. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
