Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity. Proven track record in building and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments. Deep expertise in full-stack development, particularly in e-commerce or SaaS platforms. Skills Proficiency in languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java, with strong experience in Node.js, React, or similar frameworks. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and caching strategies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on clean, testable code and design patterns. Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic) and security best practices (OAuth, encryption). Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
