Based in Missouri, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping how our innovative e-discovery and legal software platforms are priced and packaged to maximize market penetration and customer value. You will work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to craft data-driven pricing models that support business objectives and delight customers in the competitive legal tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine pricing strategies, including subscription models, tiered packaging, and promotional offers tailored to enterprise clients. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities. Collaborate with product management to align packaging with feature roadmaps and ensure clear, compelling messaging for sales enablement. Create pricing playbooks, tools, and collateral such as quote generators and discount matrices to empower the sales team. Analyze pricing performance metrics, A/B test new models, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and win rates. Partner with marketing to launch pricing updates through campaigns, webinars, and customer communications. Monitor industry trends in SaaS pricing and legal tech to recommend innovative approaches like usage-based or value-based pricing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech industries. Proven track record of successfully launching pricing and packaging initiatives that drove revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and pricing software such as Pricefx or Vendavo.
Skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate complex pricing models to diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for presenting pricing insights. Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise software markets is a plus.
