International SOS is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to clients across the globe. In this full-time remote position based anywhere in Texas, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency while representing the company's commitment to world-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner, assisting customers with inquiries about services, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information about International SOS offerings.
