Full Description
The Penso Agency is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities. This full-time position allows you to work from anywhere in Texas while helping clients find the right solutions through consultative conversations. You will engage with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services, eliminating the need for cold outreach and allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and responding to customer messages promptly, guiding prospects through the sales process by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, meeting monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals, collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve conversion rates, and staying up to date with product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service or sales preferably in a call center environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer proficiency including CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing their time effectively without direct supervision.
