Job Overview CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized assistance in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. You will educate members on health plan benefits, process claims, update account information, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams. Additionally, you will document interactions in our CRM systems, identify upsell opportunities for CVS services, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include active listening to customer needs, troubleshooting benefit-related questions, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver seamless support. Required Qualifications To succeed, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of customer service experience preferably in healthcare or call centers. Proficiency in computer systems and typing speed of 35+ WPM are essential. You must be available for PST hours, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for shifts including evenings and weekends. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
