NoGigiddy is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, delivering exceptional support to customers across various channels. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Arizona while earning a competitive hourly rate of $19 or more. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
In this position, you will respond promptly to customer requests via phone, email, and chat platforms, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. You will troubleshoot problems, process orders or returns, and escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
